In order for us to help you, please provide additional information:

  • When did the issue start?
  • What have you tried to fix the issue?
  • How long have you had your Charge 5?
  • Do you see a green light on the back of your Charge 5? You can check by placing your finger over the back of the device, then lift your finger. You should see a green light when you lift your finger.
