Hi, @Eddbye  if you have taken 250 steps total in the hour then you will not get the reminder to move.  Could that be what is happening?

Sense, Charge 5, Inspire 2; iOS and Android

Hello @Eddbye

I’m just wondering if you have the Reminders To Move toggle in the App switched on and the hours set or not?

it took me a while to find it again to check how to do it.

From the Today Screen in the App tap your profile picture, then Charge 5.  Further down from Notifications is Reminders to move.

Does it say On?  You can tap on it to see the toggle that you can switch on and off and change the times and days it appears.  Remember to sync your Charge 5 too.

If everything is set to On, you should get reminders as vibrations on your Charge 5 and should also be able to see how many steps you’ve done for that hour/ how many hours you’ve done, by scrolling up from the Clock Face on your tracker.

I hope that helps a bit and sorry if it didn’t.

No it's just not reminding me to move, it did work but then stopped! It is enabled in notifications. I don't know what to do.

Hello @Suetownley

If you scroll down from the Clock Face screen can you check if Sleep Mode or DND Mode are set to On?  If they are, it might stop notifications.

Also it might be worth going back to check that Reminders To Move are still switched on and which hours they’re set for.  Sometimes after an update or something settings can change by themselves.

One other thing to try is a restart of your Charge 5.  Scroll down from the Clock Face to Settings, tap, then scroll up until you get to Restart Device.  Follow the instructions.  It’s quick and easy.

I hope that helps a bit.  I also hope my previous answer helped @Eddbye with his problem.
