Along with the new update there has been a disappearance of many features and qualities of the tracker - features that we users have been used to having and which, more importantly, have affected our choice of tracker. How is this removal of qualities motivated?
1. Not possible to change the type of a workout anymore, i.e. change the name - since the tracker only has a limited amount of choices, it is essential to be able to change the type afterwards.
2. No more graphs when workout is added or when it has been autotracked - the tracker is called a tracker and it is tracking the pulse, which can be seen as a graph under “heart” so how is it motivated to prevent it being visible in the workout?
3. No more max. pulse in the workout ???
Just to name a few. Also the app gets stuck and doesn’t sync, let alone other issues mentioned in other threads.
Please explain - or rather fix these things. Making a product worse is incomprehensible and usually leads to people voting with their feet (=changing to some other product).

I agree. I’m really disappointed with the lack of workout data. I liked the average and max heart rate graph so you could correlate this to your workout. If this is the new Fitbit offering I’m going to have to buy a different tracker.

I agree with all you comments and went through customer chat and had following response:-
‘This is for the latest update of our Fitbit app. This feature changed in that way in order to be more simple. I really apologize with your experience with this feature, I will give feedback to my whole team and let them know the issue you are having and probably it will change in future updates’
