I bought my new charge 5 earlier today and I am eager to set up new device through the app but afraid that I might lose my existing data that charge 4 collected through the day? Will I lose this data or not?
Hi @Mars1978 sync the Charge 4 one last time before you set up the Charge 5. Your data is stored on the Fitbit servers, so once you sync, that data is there. Just set up a new device on an existing account and your history continues using the new Fitbit. No activity will be lost.
