Ring around Charge 5 sensor was wobbly than fall off is that normal nothing looks broken and went back on ok

Even though your device is working properly and the ring went back on, no parts of the device should not be falling off. In this case, I would still recommend that you get in touch with the Customer Support team so they can let you know how to proceed.
