Run BPM different than day BPM

All date automatically collected. my 60min run shows a peak BPM of 209 (high!) but that day's history shows a peak of only just under 170.  why the difference? which is more accurate?

It's probably a different way of displaying the data. What you see isn't raw but processed data. Different filtering/smoothing of the data and resolution may (and will) result in such differences.

Hello @chill206 and welcome to the Community.  @t.parker is correct.  Specifically, your daily heart rate graph shows an average heart rate over five minutes, but the exercise details heart rate is over one minute.  There is a lot of data smoothing in the daily heart rate graph.
