Run distance error after syncing with strava

I have just recorded my first run with my charge 5. It was around 6km and I was able to see the whole recorded run initially. I have now synced it with strava and it is saying the run was 0.12km. The picture icon still shows my whole run route until I click on to it when it just shows the 0.12km in 32 minutes. Not sure what I’ve done or how to resolve it?!

I have also noticed that despite reaching over 8000 steps my step count is back down below 5000 and appears to have wiped the steps I did on my run.
