Hello there, I am so frustrated! I have been a Fitbit customer for many years. I have realized when I record a run it doesn’t capture all my steps. I set my device, I run approximately 3.08 miles outside and it only captures 4500 of the steps which is 2 miles! The device shows that it captures all 3 miles and give me pace details but collectively only measures 2 miles of steps! I have used chat and they have not been helpful in explaining why the device keeps doing this. Anyone have any tips or experience this too?
