My Charge 5 is not tracking SPO2, and I read in the forum that it is available only in “select” countries. I fail to understand the relationship between an electronic indicator and a country! Can someone help please? I am in Morocco.

If you follow this link and then scroll down to the bottom of the page you can see the available countries listed.  At the moment it does appear that Morocco isn’t one of them.

 

The Charge 5 has the same capabilities regardless of where they’re sold but are often restricted in providing certain things like the ECG App and SPO2 App depending on official approval in each country.  In my country I can get SPo2 but not ECG and just have to wait until it becomes available.  It can be a bit annoying but…

You can also make a Feature Suggestion to request it to come to your country, although I think the power lies with the authorities there rather than Fitbit.
