Hello,
On May 5 this year I received my Charge 5 and so far it has been running smoothly. Yet, today its screen doesn't want to turn on, the light indicators on the back of the shell also don't lit up even after charging it again (it has been charged yesterday, weirdly enough, the phone app shows it as only 31% charged, so its battery is draining really fast), and it couldn't fully sync. While syncing it transferred just part of the date, according to it i have slept just till 3am which is not the case, and it doesn't transfer HR data at all.
I have tried the restart with pressing 3 times the button on the charging cable (several times) but to no avail. I can feel a soft vibration each time when pressing the button, so I don't think there is a problem with the cable. You can see a video of one of the attempts:

How do I resolve this issue? Please help!
