Screen dark, doesn't start Charge 5

I got it yesterday! Today it apparently ran out of battery before I got home. So the screen was black for an hour or so. 

Now it's charging, 3 hours already, nothing. 

Tried turning it on by pressing the button 3 times - no change. Its vibrating, the logo appears for a second then the screen is dark again. 

On the underside there's a green light for a split second then also darkness. 

Sometimes the red light flickers a little bit...
