Screen is black but it still tracks.

Hi my charge 5 screen is always black as if it is off but it still is tracking everything. I can’t see anything on the screen.

@Duckaholic I would first try restarting your Charge 5. See: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186.htm

 

If that doesn't help, I have found that sometimes my tracker "miraculously" switches the display to dim. Try navigating the Charge 5 display/menus in a dimly lit room to see if that is the case. If so, reset the display brightness settings. See: https://help.fitbit.com/manuals/charge_5/Content/manuals/html/Navigate%20Device.htm
