Second device bricked by Google update

Today after an update a second device (former charge 4) has been killed by a firmware update. Don't the 3 time button reset 3 times. Still occurs. Same happened 2 years ago on charge 4. Limited care for existing users. We have 3 Fitbit users in the house, last time I pay for a Fitbit, willnow change phone to Apple and buy dn apple watch due to Google policies. Definitely an agenda to kill off Fitbit by Google. Since Google have taken over Fitbit the warranty process has massively gone down hill. Previous (chargev4) a broken strap attachment was sorted in days, this time with partners charge6 took weeks. Clearly Google bought Fitbit for its user base not the product and wants us on pixel. But showing no care for users drives us away to a company that will care. Well done Google for ruining a good product and company. That comes from a Google shareholder too.
