This is my second Fitbit. I got it for Christmas to replace the last one that didn’t last 1 year. I m assuming u stand behind your product and since it is less than a year old will feel you should send me a new one! I have tried everything and even purchased a new charger…. Still piece of junk! Guess I m not the only one who feels this is ridiculous. Please replace or refund me!
