I just got the Sense 5 and go to setup the irregular heart beat notifications, get to the how it works page and it tells me scroll down to continue, there is no where to scroll the screen moves a tiny bit, when you click ''I Agree'' it does nothing. The cancel setup screen works, but I can't click I agree.
I am in Australia which according to the website can get this feature. Can anyone help? I also logged out, rebooted phone and same issue.
This is one of the main features I wanted so hoping there is a fix for this?

I am exactly the same as laserspewpew. I am in Australia , got the new fitbit charge 5 today and have premium service app. I get the greyed out 'i agree' button/tab and can't click it. Also cannot scroll down as it tells me to. I also tried the log out , re boot phone and still same problem . I would like this to work but can get 'I agree' to click . Did all the assessment check boxes etc. What is the secret on this. Customer service advocate no help on solution . I also bought device and premium service for this feature,
