Just wanted to put my story across with my first ever fitbit. Long story short. Brought a charge 5. Less than 6 months old and the screen is dead. Won't switch on, totally dead. Tried customer service to which the said we can troubleshoot this..am I the only crazy one around here or if a product is broken well within warranty that I should expect them to send a new one out that works and not some bodge job to fix? Anyone else had issues trying to contact fitbit or issues with screens?

So were they able to trouble shoot it?  Or do I understand that you wanted to wait for a replacement without even bothering to try to find an immediate fix?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Considering its under 6 months old and I fail to see how I can troubleshoot something I can't see. I did the reset myself and put it on charge but what else can be done?
