Since no bingo synching issues

Since there have been no bingos my checking of my phone has declined.   Several times it doesn’t automatically sync till I prompt it.     Is this only me?

yes my charge5 has stopped notifying me of anything since the bingo challenges have been stopped. 10000 steps, reminders to move, messages from my phone. I can’t work out how to fix it.
