I tried to contact Fitbit by phone because my heart rate was totally wrong. I had to go to chat and finally got assistance. Is anyone else having this issue?

Thanks for letting me know about this situation in regards to contacting tech support via phone using your Charge 5.
I was able to confirm you contacted support via chat and they were able to provide you with a solution, if you have any other questions or concerns, my best recommendation would be to contact them once again.
