Sleep and sync problems

My sleep data stopped syncing last Sunday after update. I have done all suggested troubleshooting. Restart, Bluetooth on, off, reinstall app, now I can not get it to pair and the sleep tile on the app does not appear to boot. The watch appears to be working except for sleep recording  but wont pair with Samsung flip 3

I spent about an hour on the chat with support yesterday to find out that they have a known issue with Flips and Folds right now. They will not sync. They are working on a fix, but no ETA.

So frustrating... spent 1.5 hours trying to sort. How will we know when it is sorted. I can not even get my fitbit to pair with my phone now

Suppor told me that it would be a forced update when they fix it. So I am
going to keep logging into the app and look for a link that wants to update
the Charge 5.

It is frustrating. I saw that some apple users were having the same issue
so maybe that will get them moving faster.

I don't even know if their is a customer support I can call here in Australia.

I actually would like to start with being able to pair it with my phone again-

Can not even do that now
