Hello @Rizla
Can I ask exactly what you're trying to set up please? Is it start and stop times that you are aiming to sleep between? Are you trying to get reminders to get some rest?
If you want to set up the times, you can do it straight from the app by following these instructions:
These shouldn't affect the ability to track your sleep. That should be automatic. You don't need to set anything or press any buttons for that. The Charge 5 automatically recognizes you're sleeping by the lack of movement and slowed heart rate.
I'm wondering if you might be setting this instead by mistake:
If that's the case, you can just go back and switch that to off and the schedule to off too.
I hope that helps. If it doesn't please try to give more details about you problem and include screenshots as it makes it much easier and quicker to help you.
I am trying to set up a sleep schedule, the start of sleep and the wake up time in the app. It doesn't appear to have an OK button anymore, very frustrating.
Best AnswerIf you're on a computer, you can click on the camera icon and it will let you upload photos and screenshots. If you're on a phone, you can click on the photo icon to do it.
I hope that helps a bit.
Actually, have you tried doing it from the Today screen?
That might work better as you can tap Done when you've finished.
Good luck!
Best AnswerStill can't set up a sleep schedule
Can go in each to set up the times but there is no OK button, just remove or cancel.
Not sure how to fix this!
Tried uninstalling the app that didn't work.
Hello again @Rizla
I don’t think you need an OK button, just press Done when you’ve finished. Have you tried that yet?
I think that’s the way it’s saved. As you can see mine are switched to off because I don’t want that function. If you switch Reminders to On, you should get reminders sent to your phone too (if you want that).
I hope it works for you.
I have a new Charge 5 with the latest update. As Rizla says, there is no way to save changes to the default Bedtime and Wake up Time in the app on a Android 11. I have a screenshot that shows only a Cancel, Remove, or a keyboard (that does nothing), but using Chrome on a Windows 10 computer, the camera icon takes me to a window asking for a Source, etc. (as described in other posts about adding a photo/image to a post). This has been an issue for MANY people for MANY years on MANY Fitbits. How do we find the solution that works?
Best AnswerThanks, have reduced the font size on my phone and the OK button is visible on the app.
Best AnswerHi Wibby. Are your directions for sleep mode for the charge 5? I just changed from a versa to the charge 5 and don't see anything regarding quiet mode
In the app. I do have a sleep schedule set, but it won't go into sleep mode automatically.
Best AnswerHello @Redneckgirl
Yes, those instructions I pasted are for the Charge 5. You reach them from the tracker itself, not from the App on your phone.
Starting from the Clock Face screen, scroll down until you come to the Settings, tap, then scroll up until you get to Quiet Modes…
The quicker way, if you want to just turn on Sleep Mode is to scroll down from the Clock Face screen and you can see Sleep Mode. You can tap to turn it on and off.
I hope that helps.
Best AnswerHey Wibby, you seem really well versed on the Charge 5 so I have another question. I don't see where there are any apps available for it that didn't come preloaded. Is that true? I miss my weather and find my phone apps that I had on my Versa.

Best AnswerHello @Redneckgirl
Unfortunately you’re right (as far as I know) about the Apps situation.
If you go to the Today Screen in the App on your phone, tap your profile picture then Charge 5, then Gallery, then Apps, it will show what you have loaded on yours now and which ones are available.
Find my phone and Weather aren’t available right now but lots of people want them. There are a couple of Feature Suggestions I’m linking for you. If you vote for them and maybe leave a comment, it could help to make them happen.
I hope that helps you!
