There is a massive outage of Fitbit servers currently, the issue is not solved. Everybody has problems right now. Please be patient and wait until the engineers fix the server problem.
Best AnswerSame here. My Charge 5 won't sync - its showing steps & calories but not the sleep hours. I ran through all of the trouble shooting options on their help page and it's still not working. I checked out their twitter and it looks like many people are experiencing issues. I've messaged them on twitter to see whats up.

Best AnswerI spent a long time following all of the steps this morning to reset everything, restart everything, relink, and when I finally called Fitbit support, I was told that the problem is on there and and that I should try later today. It would have been nice if they had reached out to us and let us know not to spend all the time following all of their troubleshooting steps. They certainly know how to retest through email anytime they want to sell us something, so they could have sent an email telling us that there was a problem on their end.

@jan72361 If they have server problems, most likely they can not send e-mails.
They actually did let you know, there is a banner at the top of the forum which was put in place very quickly. Look at it for status updates.

I have a Blaze. For the past week or so my sleep is not being tracked at all: no start/finish times, no sleep statistics of any type and no sleep score. The app allows me to add a log but that just produces one dark blue line, no break up of rem, deep etc.

The outage is finished, so your sleep not showing is not linked. Have you tried the normal steps:
- did you restart your Blaze ?
- did you change the Sleep sensitivity settings ?
- are you ensuring you are wearing it tight at night ?
