I too have been disappointed with my Charge 5's ability to accurately track my sleep.If I get up at 3AM to got the bathroom, for example, it will think I've gotten up for good and tell me I've slept only four hours that night. My six-year-old Garmin Vivosmart (before it died) used to be able to tell that I had gotten up and then went back to sleep.

My old charge 4 was a great sleep tracker but tue charge 5 just sucks

I am having the same problem. It worked for several weeks, and now nothing. I have:

• Reset via the watch screen.
• Reset via the USB charger button.
• Changed watch faces (as someone noted this helped them).

It's on my nondominant hand, and it worked great until a couple days ago. Now it doesn't do it at all. Sigh.
