My charge 5 stopped giving me a sleep score.  I followed instructions that Fitbit support sent me and the problem has not been solved

what was the instructions you followed?

 

Long term fitbit user since Flex. Some behaviors are rude.

I’m having the same issue. I just got my charge 5 on Mother’s Day and it has only given me a sleep score occasionally and it doesn’t always sync either.
