I have been unable to view the sleep stages benchmark for nightly sleep. When I search for the subject I only get responses for fitbit models other than 5. Frustrating. Please advise how to view this comparison between my sleep stages and user averages for a Fitbit 5.

Best AnswerHello @Relkcam1
It can be frustrating looking for things sometimes.
Here’s a picture of where to find the Benchmark on your phone App:
If you tap on that, it will show the comparison for people if your age:
I hope that helps a bit to solve your problem.
Hello @Relkcam1 and welcome to the Help forum. You can find this in the mobile app by doing the following. When to tap on a specific sleep record and look at the Sleep Stages, there is a three choice toggle just below your Sleep Stages and above the bar graphs of time spent in each stage of sleep. Toggle it to Benchmark on the right. The benchmark isn't for Charge 5 users or specific model users. It's the ranges for men or women your age range. Fitbit doesn't say what those ranges are.

Best AnswerThank you Wibby.
After some clicking and choosing I finally found the screen. I had to select the day graph and THEN select "Deep and REM" At that point the Today, 30 day avg, and Benchmark screen is visible as you show in your response.
Relkcam, this is SO helpful! I've been all over the forum and web trying to find the Sleep Benchmark on my Android phone app.
Why in the world did they hide it under "Deep and REM", which doesn't even look like something you would click!
Good detective work and thanks!
