Hey everyone,
Got my Charge 5 two days ago. So far I have mixed feelings about it. Both SpO2 and skin temperature are not tracking.
SpO2 did track in the first night but not last night. Skin temperature hasn’t worked at all for me so far.
Any ideas?

I’ve just checked and the Skin Temperature needs at least 3 nights of sleep to measure before it kicks in and give you a reading.
SpO2 can be a bit temperamental and I don’t always get a reading every night. I do get one most nights though. It needs more than 3 hours of sleep in one go to be able to measure it.
I hope that helps to solve your mystery a bit.
Hi Wibby,
Thank you so much. As a matter of fact, the SpO2 showed on the Charge 5 and in the app about an hour after I got up. I guess I’ll be a bit more patient from now on 🙂
Thanks again
