I tried to install Spotify to my device but it says not compatible, even though Charge 5 is the newest!

Thank you for your inquiry regarding the option to use Spotify with the Charge 5. 

 

As you mentioned earlier, this feature is not available with this device for the moment. You can review all the features included with the Charge 5 here in the Fitbit Store and the Product Manual. 

 

I recommend that you vote for this idea posted in the Feature Suggestion board of the Community, since this section is regularly monitored by the team of developers: Add Spotify music control for the Charge 5.
