After the software update my Charge 5 changes my step count at least 6 times a day. This is the worst Fitbit I’ve ever had.  Any suggestions other than restarting, which I’ve done at least 4 times. Hopefully Fitbit will address this otherwise I’ll try another brand.

Hi, thank you for sharing this information about the issue you're experiencing with the Charge 5 and the troubleshooting steps that you already tried, @akaChillax. 

 

Before considering other options, could you please provide a few more details about the problem you've been experiencing with the step count? Let me know how is it that you're seeing the step count change in the device or in the Fitbit app.
