today’s step count is not refreshing on the app. I can click on it to go to the daily/weekly etc and the correct count shows up there. Back to main page and still incorrect. Devices are synced up to current and I’ve tried refreshing the app.
I’ve run into that before with the Charge 5 and IOS. The only way I could get it back on track was to plug it into the charging cable and do the 3 button reboot. For me, I reboot it 3 times in a row to make sure it’s stable. 1 reboot usually doesn’t work. You’ll also see the battery percentage drop 10 to 15 percent too.
