Accepted Solutions

@NightLycaN as @JohnnyRow requests. We need more info.

While on a walk, have you counted the steps taken?

A couple of thoughts

GPS will only be on when taking a walk, run, hike, bike, or outdoor workout.

Step counting should be the most accurate durring walk and run.

Question, when is the step count off? And in what direction?

Need more specifics.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Discrepancy of 2000 steps, in what direction?

Is the phone always with you?

Is the phone in your pocket at all times?

During a walk, have you counted the steps taken? I count every left step and times two.

Keep track, with a speadshhet for a month or several months. Then compare.
