Will the Fitbit track my steps when I use a rolling walker?

Hello @tfy11 and welcome to the Community.  Not well at all.  A Fitbit that is designed for a wrist needs to see that "wrist" movement to sense steps.

I looked at your profile and see that you are a new user.  I think a better choice for you is the Inspire 3.  The Inspire 3 has an On Wrist/On Body setting.  I think this option meets your needs better.  There is an accessory clip available separately for wearing on your torso.  You might think about returning your Charge 5 for an Inspire 3.  Just a thought.

The Fitbit Store lists an accessory clip for the Charge 5.  I don't know how well it works.  The Charge 5 doesn't have an On Wrist/On Body option.
