This is an issue that I posted last month. It has been locked by Fitbit, but is still unanswered.

I just updated to iOS Fitbit version 4.13. This isn’t a sync issue. 
I sync my watch and iPhone.

I 3 button reboot

And I 3 button reboot 3 more times and get the following

Not as drastic, but why is the battery charge percentage all over the place?
