Stored data randomly decreased

Anyone else faced this problem? My data from the past months and last year randomly decreased. Tried resyncing and updates, but they didn’t help. Support didn’t have real solution. Hate to lose my hatred work.

Hello @wkwong777

There has been an on-going issue on the Fitbit side that affects our ability to see historical data. The team is aware of the issue and has been working on fixing the problem.

It seems to me to be a syncing issue between the user data on the Fitbit servers and the Fitbit app. As best as I can tell, there isn't loss of user data, we're just not able to see it in the app.

At this point, there isn't any troubleshooting steps we can recommend since the issue is on the Fitbit side. If I see any updates on the fix, I'll report back.

Yes, me too. Steps from previous years randomly reduced by at least half. Showing almost no steps some months. Haven’t checked on the computer yet.

The issue was randomly fixed a couple of weeks ago but the same thing returned a few days ago. It has been frustrating. I can't even see my correct 2024 results now that we're heading into 2025.
