Hi, @jaravta , how old is your Charge 5? As you will probably be aware, all rechargeable batteries have a limited life, and especially rapid discharge once the battery starts to get low is a symptom of a failing battery.
If the suggested “fixes” haven’t worked for you, then my advice would be whenever possible to charge it for a short period of time - daily if you can manage it. Many people have found that putting their Fitbit on to charge for 10-30 minutes each day - perhaps while showering in the morning and getting ready for the day, or reading or watching television in the evening - keeps their battery going even when it is not lasting as it did when new.
On the other hand, if your Fitbit is still under warranty - one year in most jurisdictions but two in Europe and possibly others, according to local regulations - then you should get in touch with Fitbit Customer Support on contact.fitbit.com and discuss this issue with them.
You should also be aware that the amount of charge available on the Fitbit shown in the app will only be accurate if the device has recently synced.

Hi,
Thats what I have mentioned already. Charge 5 is getting turned off abruptly. This issue happens even if the available charge is as high as 80% (shown in display).
This starts working as soon as plugged to the charging cable for a minute or so.

I'm having exactly the same problem. Last night my battery was at 86% when it shut off. Just now I was in the middle of a work out and it shut off again at 82% charge. I changed the clock face, as suggested, last night but that apparently didn't work. I've reset it too. It started by shutting off every time I tried to use the wallet for tap to pay. Then it became a problem when I tried to use ECG. Now its just Ransome, but I've wondered if it has anything to do with the side buttons touching skin.
