So, I know there have been threads about this, but has any fix been made by FitBit?
My top strap will unclick from Charger randomly.
I have tried several different OEM and aftermarket straps and nothing is helping. Seems to be getting worse.
I have noticed that if I use a plastic screen protector option (the ones that slide on) its worse!
It's always the strap on the top of the tracker in my case. I have followed all the official instructions - make sure it clicks in, pull gently and ensure i's on etc. - nothing helps!
Has anyone found a brand of strap that makes it better?
I did come across the thread where it was suggested to file down the band/strip latch, but hoping I wont have to do this.
Any help appreciated. Thanks!
