This morning I cleared a notification and my charge 5 got stuck in the notifications screen, but all I see are the little dots/diamonds that show where I am when scrolling. I can’t get it to move. Anyone have an experience or know how to make it reboot?
This happened to me today as well. I rebooted and it fixed the issue. To reboot, press the button located on the flat end of the charger 3 times, pausing for 1 second between presses. Then wait 10 seconds or until the Fitbit logo appears.
