Stuck on logo

My charge 5, 2 months old, is stuck on the logo. I've reset it several times, nothing works.

Thank you Megabite, yes I tried that too! But I got on to the fitbit
support chat and they will replace it.

Hello @MelPin 

Since you have already tried restarting your Charge 5 a couple of times try placing your Fitbit Charge 5 back in its charger. Your Fitbit’s battery may be low and needs charging. And when the battery is especially low, it may be unable to boot up normally and show the clock face. So place your Fitbit on its charger and wait a few minutes. Then check if your clock face shows up. If this doesn’t work have you changed your clock face to a third party clock face? If so when your Fitbit shows just the logo on-screen, it could indicate a problem loading your clock face. Try installing another one. Here’s how:(disregard if you have never changed the clock face)

  1. Open the Fitbit app and choose the Today tab.
  2. Select your account picture or icon at the top and select your Fitbit device from the list.
  3. Tap Gallery.
  4. Tap clock tap at the top
  5. Select a different clock face, preferably one that’s under “By Fitbit”
  6. Install the new clock face, giving it any requested permissions, and tap the Proceed button, if asked.
