My charge 5, 2 months old, is stuck on the logo. I've reset it several times, nothing works.

Since you have already tried restarting your Charge 5 a couple of times try placing your Fitbit Charge 5 back in its charger. Your Fitbit’s battery may be low and needs charging. And when the battery is especially low, it may be unable to boot up normally and show the clock face. So place your Fitbit on its charger and wait a few minutes. Then check if your clock face shows up. If this doesn’t work have you changed your clock face to a third party clock face? If so when your Fitbit shows just the logo on-screen, it could indicate a problem loading your clock face. Try installing another one. Here’s how:(disregard if you have never changed the clock face)
