My ecg came on yesterday by accident on my charge 5. I ignored it thinking it would go away and go back to displaying time but never did. Ever since it has been displayed 5 dots on the top of screen. Every time I touch or tap screen that’s all I see. Although calls and texts messages are displayed. Anyone know how I could fix it to display time again. Thanks

I think it might be helpful to give your Fitbit a restart.  The instructions are here .  A restart is usually the first troubleshooting steps and can solve many issues.  Give it a try and let us know how it goes.  If it doesn’t work, there is always someone here to help. But do remember that the most detailed information you can give, the more likely it is that someone will have a solution.

Just to let you know, I discovered that repeated tapping on the ECG/EDA screen will eventually get the Charge 5 back to the clock face. Consider giving this a try the next time ECG/EDA is accidentally started.
