Went swimming in the sea and activated the swim program, after swimming watch is blank won’t charge and doesn’t activate to tapping at all no display. It was fully charged before swimming so I wonder if the water lock didn’t work? Is there anything I can do? Thank you for any ideas

I have been in touch with Fitbit and I have to say their customer service has been fantastic, they walked me through various fixes which didn’t work so have ordered me a new Fitbit as mine was still in warranty.

I did the same but in my pool. First time using the swim mode. Did all steps suggested by customer support. My Charge5 is still DEAD.
