Swiping Doesn't Work Charge 5

I hate the Charge 5 screen interface. Swiping is awful. Most of the time, when I swipe, the screen goes black. When it doesn't go black, it goes to a page I don't want. When I tap 2 times, I'm as likely to see "payments", "stopwatch" or "settings" as I am to see the clock face. Tapping 10 to 20 times usually returns me to the clock face. When the screen goes black after I swipe, I have no idea where I am or how to get "home". I've reset it 7 times today. Nothing changes. I hate this awful "smart" watch and plan to return it and get a real smartwatch tomorrow.

I appreciate all your feedback and the information you've shared about the inconvenience you've been experiencing with your Charge 5 and that you already tried a few troubleshooting steps.  

 

In this case, since if you already tried the thee pulse restart method with the charging cable and you continue to experience the same problem with the display not responding properly, I recommend that you get in touch with the Customer Support team for further assistance with this.
