Does anyone else notice that the tap on the Charge 5 is not very sensitive? Can this be adjusted? I feel like I am pounding on the watch to get it to turn on or to turn off an alarm or whatever. I miss the button from the Charge 4!

Hi, welcome to the Fitbit Community forums, @HHM82.
Thank you for sharing this information about what you've been experiencing with the Charge 5.
Unfortunately there is no option to increase the sensitivity of the screen when you tap it for the moment. I would recommend that you post this idea in the Feature Suggestion board of the Community, since this section is regularly monitored by the team of developers. Make sure to post your idea including as many details as possible.
If you feel the screen is not working properly, I also recommend that you complete a restart procedure using the charging cable, as described here below:
This has been useful for other users experiencing any type of display issues.
I'll be around.

Hey! I've also noticed this issue. This is my first Fitbit watch so I was not sure what to expect. But I was definitely surprised by the lack of sensitivity for the tap feature.

Pounding will only defeat the idea of a touch screen.
The tap should be the same type of touch when typing on the cell phone.
The problem is that any movement while the finger is touching the screen is a swipe, not a touch.
