Hi There, I've researched my fit bits issue with displaying the wrong time for hours on the internet & still can't fix it. This is my 3rd Fitbit I've had & always managed to resolve things like this but not this time. I'm very disappointed with this, I also purchased the charge 5 as I wanted to make payments from it but that doesn't work either unless I were to open up a Santander account or one I've never heard of. Very disappointed with this product.

The time should sort itself out once you get it syncing again as it resets the time each time it syncs.
The usual things I try when I get syncing issues are:
If none of those ideas work for you then it’s probably best to contact customer support via: contact.fitbit.com

After restart the phone + forget Fitbit in Bluetooth + unpaid the device, my phone could not recognise my Fitbit Charge5 anymore.....
