So followed the information on this post for my bricked Charge 5 that I got for Christmas. Waiting and waiting and then Fitbit lies that the patch is out.

Fitbit releases updates painfully slow (rolling release) and eventually you will get it. Nothing new. In world of Fitbit it may take weeks.

They should just say that then....give the final date as the release date.
