Time and Date

Today is 8/24.   Charge 5 says it is 5/22.

time now is 8:41.   Charge 5 says it’s 10:56.

 

Everything else works fine.

How can I fix time & date?

You can't manually set the time or date, but they should reset whenever your fitbit syncs to your phone based on the time on that device. Does your fitbit seem to be syncing ok?

Everything is fine except time will not sync.

I can't explain that if it's syncing. Hopefully someone else will post an answer that solves the mystery
