Hi all, after the issue of "add card" notification when we sync, just couple hours ago, I have sync issue. I have restarted my mobile. Try to remove device from bluetooth and add it back. Last try is to remove charge 5 from Fitbit, now it is totally cannot add it back. Anyone encounter the same?
Support has been a total disaster on this issue. They also fail to mention that it is draining the battery in less than a day. If since google purchased for it the quality and the service have gone completely downhill. Pretty soon my charge 5 is going to meet a hammer
