Just lost my data for the day after update! It was ok earlier and then this evening all my activity, heart rare and steps have vanished!

How can I retrieve them.

You can't if your phone updated to Android 13 out of luck!

I lost mine to. For now it's just speculation on my part. Login online for your tracker and see if you can view it on there since the app and functionality is a joke.
