Another issue today with my new Charge 5 - which I have barely over a week. I have noticed that yesterday the sleep tracking was way off. Today that there are zero readings on skin temperature. I am wearing as instructed and updated it with my iPhone etc. are these issues normal? 130£ device … and in first week I had issues with pairing, then syncing, sleep tracking and now this ;( a bit dissatisfied

Welcome back to the Fitbit community, @Ailith8!
There could be issues with the sensors of your Charge 5 getting their readings. Please try cleaning them with water and/or a soap-free cleanser and dry them afterwards.
If that doesn't work for you, you also could check if restarting your device will fix these issues. To do so please follow these instructions:
1.) Connect your Charge 5 to the charging cable which has to be connected to a power source.
2.) Press the button located on the USB plug of the charger 3 times within 8 seconds, holding each press for about 1 second(!).
3.) Wait 10 seconds or until the Fitbit logo appears.
Finally, the reason for not getting temperature readings, might be the Fitbit app. To make sure it is syncing properly, please log out from the Fitbit app and check if there's an update available. Then restart your phone. Next open your Fitbit app, log in and sync your Charge 5. Wear your device while sleeping and sync it immediately after waking up.
