Hi, I’m travelling internationally and will have my phone on flight mode most of the time. Will my Charge 5 still track my steps on my phone through Bluetooth? It’s a hiking trip so I’m keen to calculate steps and distance. Can I synch the data to my phone after a few days?

Your Charge 5 should still track your steps with your phone in airplane mode. According to the information that I've read, your Fitbit should hold up to 7 days of data and should be able to sync with your phone to download the data to your Fitbit app.
