Hi everyone,
I’ve got a charge 5 and everything seems to be set up nicely but the wallet is not showing on the app. I’ve checked my profile and it shows the correct country. I’ve deleted and installed the app but didn’t work.
Any suggestions? TIA

Hi @Julia_G , thank you for your help. I'm in Spain and my bank is on the supporting banks list you have provided. The thing is the Wallet icon is not showing on the app. Only Gallery and User Guide so I am unable to add my card.

Hi, @BBPNGY , did you travel to Spain from a country where wallet isn’t supported?
It is worth checking the country setting in the web based platform. At the top right of each page in these Community Forums there is a link to your Dashboard. Click on that. Then click on the gear icon, also top right. From the menu choose settings and then check your country and make sure it says “Spain”. Be sure to sync your Fitbit after making any changes.

I used to live in the UK where I got my phone but have been in Spain since 2020, so I guess the answer to your question is no.
I have checked the country shown on my personal details on the website and said "Spain". It seems everything is fine so far.
This is what I see. And I guess Wallet show appear here

Hi, @BBPNGY , yes, that’s where you should see the wallet!
Okay, maybe try changing your country (on the web based Dashboard) to a different country. Try a different supported one first, like USA or UK. Change your country and sync your Fitbit. See if wallet appears in your app. If that doesn’t work this time change country to another non supported one, sync again, and then change country back to Spain and sync.
