Charge 5. Is dead. Have tried all the fixes and it remains dead. Won’t charge, won’t reset.  No screen image at all.  FB page on my phone shows it will not sync. 
This is a replacement unit for my previous Charge 5 that had same symptoms. It was replaced under warranty. No idea if FB will send a third unit. Who knows. They make it just about impossible to talk to someone, let alone someone with decision making authority.

Sad to hear about your experiences with Charge 5 so far. As long as your device is within Fitbit's warranty period you most likely will get another exchange.
