Using without connecting

So, my wife just bought us two of these wrist monitors.

We were super excited to try them out, but there's only an app for windows 10 and nothing compatible with either my phone or tablet. Is this thing useless without them? Very disappointed by the lack of compatibility, to be honest

My wife's phone's a new enough model to connect, but is it limited to one device per fitbit?

Is there any workaround for this so we can both use this product?

Hi @Tteague  you need to set up on a mobile device. You're able to share the phone to set up, sync and check your stats. Be sure to log out so the other can sync. Many people share phones, but you will need your own unique email address which is your account. You can monitor your history on the Fitbit website, too.
